Not only did they go above and beyond to return my forgotten shower bag promptly, but the ironing facilities were top-notch and extremely convenient. the patio was a lovely spot to enjoy our morning coffee, and the free toiletries added a luxurious touch. Having a washing machine and dryer available was incredibly convenient, and the well-stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils made cooking a breeze. the electric kettle was a nice touch for our daily tea rituals. the proximity to Marks & Spencer and Sweet Caroline's American Diner was an added bonus, making it easy to grab any essentials or enjoy a delicious meal. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay.
